March 20, 2010 - Assumed-Name Certificate
The Assumed Name Application is now available online. Please follow this link to the document: Assumed Name Certificate.

The application needs to be completed, signed in front of a Notary Public and returned to our office with a $5.00 fee. Upon receipt of the fee and application we will forward to you a notice for publication. After we receive proof of publication, your Assumed Name Certificate will be sent.

These temporary, part-time positions offer good pay, allow applicants to work close to home, have flexible hours and offer paid training.
